When you use this website, various personal data are collected.

Personal data:

These are all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (hereinafter referred to as the “data subject”); a natural person is considered identifiable if they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or to one or more specific characteristics that express the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person;

This privacy policy explains which data we collect and how we use it. It also explains how and for what purpose this is done.

How do we collect your data?

Your data is collected, on the one hand, when you provide it to us. This may include, for example, data that you enter into a contact form.

Other data is automatically collected by our IT systems when you visit the website. This primarily includes technical data (e.g., web browser, operating system, or the time of page access). The collection of this data occurs automatically as soon as you enter our website.

When you visit our website, your browsing behavior may be statistically analyzed. This is mainly done using cookies and so-called analytics programs. The analysis of your browsing behavior is usually anonymous. You can object to this analysis or prevent it by not using certain tools.

Detailed information on this can be found in the following privacy policy.

What do we use your data for?

We use your data to provide our products and services (fulfillment of contractual purposes), as well as to analyze visitor and access numbers, and to optimize and protect our website.

With your consent, we use the data you provide to respond to your contact request/message.

Sharing of Data

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below.

We only share your personal data with third parties if:

  • You have given your explicit consent to this in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR,
  • the transfer is necessary in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures carried out at your request.
  • in the event that there is a legal obligation for the transfer in accordance with Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • the transfer is necessary in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for asserting, exercising, or defending legal claims, and there is no reason to believe that you have an overriding legitimate interest in not disclosing your data.

SSL or TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or inquiries you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the change in the browser address line from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser’s address bar.

When SSL or TLS encryption is enabled, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

However, we point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Data Subject Rights

You have the right:

  • In accordance with Art. 7(3) GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent given to us at any time. This means that we may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future;
  • In accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, you have the right to request information about the personal data we process about you. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, if applicable, meaningful information about its details;
  • In accordance with Art. 16 GDPR, you have the right to request the immediate correction of inaccurate or the completion of your personal data stored with us;
  • In accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored with us, unless the processing is necessary for exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, for compliance with a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
  • In accordance with Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of processing of your personal data, where the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion, and we no longer need the data, but you require it for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or you have objected to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR;
  • In accordance with Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request the transfer of these data to another controller;
  • In accordance with Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence, workplace, or our company’s registered office.

In the latter case, you have a general right to object, which will be implemented by us without reference to a particular situation.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal or objection, a simple email to us is sufficient.
